Open your authenticator app and enter the current six-digit code for FYPIRL Atlas.
Staff 2FA is required. Set up FYPIRL Atlas in an authenticator app before continuing.
This is FYPIRL's internal stock system. You're signed in but this account doesn't have access here.
Looking for the creator programme? That's at creator.fypirl.com — campaigns, submissions and rewards all live there.
If you're FYPIRL staff and you're expecting access to Atlas, an Owner needs to give you a role first. Ask them, then reload.

Checking your workspace access…

workspace_system_recordDecisions are recorded here; this screen never applies them.
The latest verified operating state—not a roadmap promise.
Releases, fixes, decisions, incidents and known limits in one timeline.
One calm read across Atlas and Creator World, with connected data separated from partial or unavailable sources.
Manage FYPIRL staff, Brand Portal client users and staff AI connector access in one place. Each remains a separate permission layer.
Assign internal workspaces and responsibility levels. Owner is protected, and nobody can change their own access.
Prepare authenticator-based 2FA, review readiness, then enable it for every staff workspace.
Invite external brand teams, choose the brand and modules they can see, or pause access without affecting staff roles.
Choose a connector, then decide which staff members may use it and exactly what it may do. Existing Atlas roles remain the ceiling.
Decide what deserves email, push or an in-app notification, then edit each message in the same place.

Open update →The live work waiting across Creator World, limited to the jobs your role can do
Counts come from the database now. Each workflow moves into Atlas separately so its permission and safety rules stay intact.
Deletion requests that need a careful, traceable response
Start with the safety check. Permanent completion uses the protected deletion processor and cannot be undone.
Overview across all brands, warehouses and channels — live from your Supabase database
SKUs across all brands and warehouses
Warehouse columns = total physical units on hand. “Sellable now” subtracts testers, samples, giveaways, damaged or missing units, and returns awaiting inspection. A unit held aside still remains inside its warehouse’s physical total.
Based on sellable stock, grouped by supplier
Suggested order quantities aim to bring stock to roughly three times the low-stock threshold. Review them against sales plans and supplier pack sizes before ordering.
Summarised stock activity for the selected month
Every SKU with activity this month — units sold, units deducted for authorised giveaways/testers/samples, and current stock on hand. "On hand" is today's live balance, not necessarily the balance at month-end for past months.
Full history of stock movements
Showing the most recent 300 movements.
Thresholds, warehouses, asset categories, staff and role access
Applies to any product/supply item without its own custom threshold. Set a custom threshold per product directly in the Master Stock List, or per supply item in its Edit form.
The primary warehouse holds every tracked set-aside category—testers, samples, giveaways, damaged, missing and pending returns. These units remain in its physical total but are excluded from sellable stock. Other warehouses currently hold sellable stock only.
| Name | Primary |

The categories offered under "+ Add Asset". Add your own, rename any of them, or remove ones you don't use — Logo and Product Image are protected since the Checklist relies on them.
| Label | In use |
|---|
Add several links of the same category/source at once — one per line, either just the link or "Label | link".
Snapshots of every product's quantities, buckets and pricing — so a bad stock take or bulk edit can be rolled back
A snapshot is taken automatically every night, and always immediately before any restore. This protects against mistakes inside the app — it is not a substitute for Supabase's own database backups, which cover everything else and survive the project itself going wrong.
Staff invitations, workspace roles and account security now live together in the Workspace Hub.
Archived — all products, stock and assets are kept, and they're left out of the completeness counts above. Open one to restore it.
Open the same modular workspace your clients use, or create a portal only when a brand needs one.
Only brands with a client portal appear here. Open one to manage the same projects, resources and modules the client receives.
Brand approvals, declines and content change requests are recorded separately from Creator World's operational status.
Review company details, catalogue readiness and stock delivery before activating the workspace.
Clean up naming, assign final SKU codes, and approve products before stock-in.
Brand suggestions do not change stock, cost or selling price. Nothing changes until staff approve it here.
Check new brand files before they receive a verified stamp in the portal.
Campaign, Discovery, stock and general requests sent from brand workspaces.
Each login can be limited to one or several brands and paused without deleting the account.
Generate statements from recorded sales and agreed product costs, then approve and record payment.
Stock, selling details, brand copy and asset links stay together here so the SKU can be managed without changing workspaces.
Description is the marketing copy (ingredients, benefits, how to use) used for fact sheets and AI-generated content. RRP is shown for reference but is edited in Stock mode. Stock levels live there too.
Drop a mixed folder for this brand. Atlas proposes the SKU and resource type, then waits for a person to approve every filing or replacement.
Files that belong to the brand as a whole — logo, brand guidelines, certifications and catalogues. Use Upload files or folder for stored files. Add research link saves a lead for people and, only when the brand is sent to Tomato Research, Tomato; it does not count as an uploaded or Studio-ready asset. Leave the SKU on “— Brand-level (no SKU) —”.
Files tied to one product — its images, fact sheet, UGC. Quicker to add from the 🗂️ assets button on any SKU row above, which also shows you what's already attached.
Every brand and SKU asset in one place — search, filter, and sort instead of browsing brand by brand
Clear the catalogue backlog in stock order, then keep Atlas, Shopify and Studio working from complete product records.
Packaging, stickers, shopping bags, collaterals and other stock that isn't sold — not tied to a brand
Count sale-ready units, then explain any difference without double-deducting set-aside stock
Track units taken out of sellable stock for use as testers
Stock that goes out without being sold, and who paid for it
Ring-fenced for a specific campaign — held out of the sellable pool entirely
How much of each brand's stock we're authorised to give away — spent by creators claiming, and by us gifting
A product reaches the creator store only if it's enabled on the product form and its brand has an allowance with units left.
Every one-off gift, who approved it, and whether the brand covered it
Everything that can't be sold as normal — and what was decided about it
Every case needs a decision: back on sale, sold at a discount, kept as a tester, written off, or returned to the brand. Until one is made the units stay on the books and off sale.
This screen is still being migrated from the offline tracker to the live database.
The Dashboard is live and pulling real data from Supabase — everything else here is being wired up screen by screen, same as this one was. In the meantime, keep using the existing offline tracker (FYPIRL Stock Tracker.html) for this screen, and I'll bring it online next.
